As of July 2017 all books are available as free publications and the DVD-ROM is no longer available (replaced by the streaming video with hands-on exercises). Please consider making a donation (from the right margin of this screen) if you find the books are useful.

Specific inquiries of any nature can be directed to info@CraneSoftwrights.com.

Important Note: Your download and/or purchase of printable and accessible materials is for your own use only, for you to print or use without sharing with others. Please have others obtain their own copy of these publications for their use. Thank you!

Training opportunities: a derivative of this book is available for hosted hands-on classroom instruction by the author, or licensed by Crane to other training organizations, for delivery around the world. We have a record of past deliveries. Please see the two-day syllabus and contact Crane for details.

Notes:

  • bookmarks and hyperlinks are only active in the 1-up full-sized page renditions
  • the A4 page size is typically used outside of North America, while the US-letter page size is typically used within North America; if you attempt to print the A4 image on US-letter, you will lose the marginalia at the bottom of the page
  • versions have their margin adjusted for left edge hole punching or binding
  • "cut, stacked" refers to the act of cutting the pages in half after being printed and stacking the left stack on top of the right stack before binding
  • "short edge duplex" and "long edge duplex" refer to the orientation edge when printing double sided
  • you no longer need to select the text of the publication to get working samples of the files used in the materials; the pfux-????????-samp-zip.zip file contains all of the sample and invocation files used in the body of the text; there is a shallow directory structure that could be preserved when unzipping, though this is not critical

2. Feedback

We welcome your feedback, supportive and critical, as we want to make these products as meaningful and useful as possible, while still keeping within our objectives of supporting our training offerings.

The new drawing format and new publishing versions reflect responses from current customers. Examples have been added where asked ... please let us know if there are places where you feel more information should be added to the training material.
