OASIS UBL Skeleton Creators - Crane Softwrights Ltd.

Crane's UBL Skeleton creation tools are browser-based applications used to create a skeleton XML instance of either UBL 2.1 or UBL 2.2 documents.

These environments are tested to work on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. They do not work with Internet Explorer 8 (they have not been tested in the lab with other versions of IE).
